Welcome to Cats Protection
Last year at Downham Market Adoption Centre we found new homes for over 600 cats and kittens in & around Norfolk, Cambridgeshire, South Lincolnshire & North Suffolk. Cats come to us for a variety of reasons – some are well-loved pets who have sadly lost their owners, others are strays who have no home, others are unfortunately unwanted.
When he/she leaves Cats Protection, your cat will have been treated to a top to tail medical. Meaning he/she will have been:
- Fully examined by a vet
- Vaccinated at least once against flu & enteritis.
- Treated against fleas, roundworm & tapeworm.
- Neutered if old enough or provided with a voucher to cover part of the cost.
- Microchipped.
With this in mind our adoption fee is currently £60.00 per cat or kitten, your new feline friend also comes with 4 weeks free pet insurance for extra peace of mind.
All adoptions are subject to a home visit.
